Everyone had a crush when they were younger.  Whether it was a school crush or a neighbor.  We never get to the point where we actually tie the knot with our childhood crush because things change and our “type” changes over time.  This wonderful couple you’re about to meet below did a full circle and ended up together!

Cat and Alex met at the UCLA hospital, they were both volunteering there, as they were pre-med students at the time.  When it came for Cat’s shift in the radiology department, Alex was already there flipping through his MCAT flashcards and cracking jokes.  Seeing that it was the first time they met, there was a slight awkwardness to it but Cat couldn’t help but laugh and smile at Alex’s corny jokes!  We would say this is where they started liking each other but this is just the start!  Oh, did we mention that Cat is a UCLA grad and Alex is a USC grad?  Cat always says, “eww” when she mentions that Alex graduated from USC.

Anyway, that same day Alex sent Cat a friend request on Facebook (borderline Facebook stalking?)  Luckily, Cat accepted and that was pretty much it.  They talked at the hospital but nothing really came of it.  If the story ended here, it would be a sad ending but, luckily, there’s more!

Somehow they reconnected and started talking again.  As the conversations grew longer and longer they both realized that they lived in the same neighborhood as children!  This definitely brought them closer, so close that they went Christmas shopping for their first date!

Then the story took a turn and became super cute!  Cat and Alex actually knew each other when they were little.  They both met at the same library where they spent a lot of their childhood.  Come to find out, Cat had a major crush on Alex as a little girl!  How EPIC is that?!?!?!

These two lovebirds finally tied the knot at Hyatt, Newport Beach.  Leading up to the day of, their Facebook statuses were super lovey dovey and you can tell that they share a special kind of love!  The wedding was absolutely gorgeous and the reception was top notch!  We really couldn’t have expected anything else for this beautiful couple.  We fell in love with this couple the first day we met for our consultation and we couldn’t be happier for these two!
